We won at The Yorkshire Post Tourism Awards!

WE WON!!

Yesterday evening we put on our best bib and tucker and headed for a swish awards ceremony in Leeds for The Yorkshire Post Tourism Awards. Much to our amazement we won!

We walked away with the award for Best Newcomer!

It was a category open to any tourism business in Yorkshire, not just B&Bs. When we looked at the other finalists, all much bigger businesses than us we really didn’t think we would win. So it was a very big surprise when The House at Hawes was as announced winner!

The award will be sitting proudly in the Breakfast Room so you will be able to see it on your next visit.
